We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you don't have an account, we'll help you create one. Already using QBO? Simply invite us as your accountant.
How to invite your accountantOnce we have access, we evaluate your QuickBooks file, review your transaction volume, and assess the complexity of your books. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a detailed quote.
We require read-only access to all your bank and credit card accounts. This allows us to pull statements directly and reconcile efficiently — no more chasing PDFs or waiting for uploads.
We sign a 12-month engagement agreement with flat monthly fees. You'll know exactly what to budget each month — no surprises. We also set up your access to our client portal.
Each month, we reconcile all accounts, categorize transactions, and ensure your books are accurate. We use direct bank imports — no reliance on PDF statements from you.
